TJ Waller Photography | Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest level of service and respect for the time dedicated to each student, the following policy applies to all photography lessons and workshops.
1. Booking Deposit & Rescheduling A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required to secure your date. This is applied toward your total session cost. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date.
2. Short-Notice Rescheduling Requests made within 48 hours of the session are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee (at TJ’s discretion). This fee covers the lost opportunity to fill the time slot and does not apply toward the lesson cost.
3. Repeat Occurrences Clients with two consecutive reschedules or cancellations will be required to prepay the full session fee for all future bookings.
4. No-Shows Reliability is a key part of the professional mindset. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of all fees and may result in the loss of future booking privileges.
