Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

   TJ understands that life happens. Unfortunately, due to the rising instances of client no-shows and cancellations, the following policy has been implemented. This is to ensure fairness to TJ’s time and efficient scheduling for all clients and is designed to maintain TJ Waller Photography’s highest level of service.

1. Deposit & Rescheduling

   A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required to secure a lesson date. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the lesson.

   If circumstances arise and you need to reschedule, please give TJ 48 hours notice so that he may have the opportunity to fill your time slot. The initial deposit will be applied to your new rescheduled lesson.

2. Late Rescheduling Fee

   Reschedules/Cancellations made inside 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to an additional $50 rescheduling fee at TJ's discretion. This fee is in addition to the deposit and lesson cost and will not be applied to the new lesson.

3. Repeat Cancellations

   Clients with two or more consecutive reschedules/cancellations will be asked to prepay in full or lose booking privileges in the future.

4. No-Shows

   Not showing up to a scheduled lesson without notifying TJ is just inconsiderate. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice, unless due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, will no longer be welcomed to sign up for TJ’s photography lessons or workshops.

   TJ truly appreciates your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps him respect everyone’s time and keeps his services running smoothly.
