Unfortunately, due to the rising instances of client no-shows and cancellations, the following policy has been implemented. This is to ensure fairness to TJ’s time and efficient scheduling for all clients and is designed to maintain TJ Waller Photography’s highest level of service.
1. Notice Period
TJ requests that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson. This allows TJ the opportunity to fill your time slot and better serve all clients.
2. Rescheduling
TJ understands that life happens. One complimentary reschedule is allowed per appointment if made before the 24-hour window. Additional reschedules will be required to pay $100 (non-refundable) in advance to confirm the new lesson appointment. That payment will be applied to the lesson once the lesson is completed.
3. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, unless due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstance.
4. Repeat Cancellations
Clients with multiple cancellations will be asked to prepay in full or lose booking privileges in the future.
5. No-Shows
Not showing up to a scheduled lesson without notifying TJ is inconsiderate. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice, unless due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, will no longer be welcomed to sign up for TJ’s photography lessons or workshops.
TJ truly appreciates your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps him respect everyone’s time and keeps his services running smoothly.
